
Ruixue Cai is a research fellow in the Medical Biodynamics Center with research interests in sleep, circadian rhythms, and aging-related diseases. Her previous work has explored the connections between wearable-assessed circadian disturbances and frailty in older adults.
Ruixue is also focused on identifying biomarkers and modifiable risk factors for functional aging through prospective cohort studies, contributing to a deeper understanding of aging processes and potential interventions.
